The Christ Window

The new narthex of Centenary beckons from the Franklin Street portico, for Christ has His right hand upraised in the traditional gesture of blessing for all who enter to see.

The exquisite Christ Window is centered on the portico and on the north wall of the narthex.

In his left hand Christ holds a scroll which one would surmise to be one of the Old Testament scrolls or books.

The Christ Window's center panel is one of the original windows, but the side panels are new.

These are perfectly executed that the viewer is not aware of the "newness."
